As our Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness. You’ll be responsible for creating impactful marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with our team to ensure that each message aligns with the brand vision and resonates with the target audience. Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing: Collaborate on marketing strategy development, contributing insights that align with business goals and audience needs. Shape campaign direction, from planning to execution, and continuously refine based on performance.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling, relevant content across digital platforms, ensuring messaging is engaging, consistent, and effectively conveys our clients’ value propositions.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyse multi-channel campaigns that drive brand visibility and lead generation, leveraging social media, email marketing, and PPC.
- Audience Engagement: Develop initiatives to boost engagement and retention, ensuring audiences feel connected to the brand through meaningful interactions.
- Performance Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators, using data-driven insights to optimise marketing efforts and refine strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design and development, to align marketing strategies with broader project goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Brand Voice Consistency: Ensure that the brand voice is consistent across all channels, refining messaging as needed to keep it aligned with evolving goals and audience expectations.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities, incorporating these insights into marketing efforts to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Creativity and Insight: A passion for storytelling and an understanding of audience psychology, with the ability to transform insights into effective marketing strategies.
- Paid Advertising Expertise: Proficiency with Google Ads and Meta ads platforms, with a strong understanding of how to create and optimise ad campaigns to maximise ROI and reach target audiences effectively.
- SEO Knowledge: Proficiency in SEO tools and techniques, with ability to drive organic traffic through optimised content.
- Video Editing Skills: Basic to intermediate video editing skills with tools like CapCut or Veed are a bonus.
- Newsletter Experience: Experience with creating and managing email newsletters is a plus, ensuring valuable content reaches and engages our audience.
- Attention to Detail: High standards for content quality and an ability to maintain a polished, brand-aligned presentation.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in driving growth and engagement across various channels.
